About:

Dr. Dima Abu Baker is an Assistant Professor and Consultant in Prosthodontics at The University of Jordan. She holds a master's in clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics from King’s College London (2022) and is a Member in Prosthodontics (MPros) of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She also holds the Jordanian Board in Prosthodontics (2023).

Dr. Abu Baker has a strong background in digital dentistry, advanced prosthodontic techniques, and injection moulding for managing cases such as tooth wear and malformed teeth. Her research focuses on palatal rugae in complete dentures, digital workflows for palatal defects, and 3D-printed obturator frameworks. She has also contributed to studies on dental students’ academic performance and oral health-related quality of life with different denture materials.

With a commitment to education, research, and patient care, Dr. Abu Baker continues to advance the field of prosthodontics and restorative dentistry.
