Sojoud Al-Yousef is a Validation Engineer and Master's student in Chemical Engineering at the University of Jordan, specializing in polymer nanocomposite membranes. Her research focuses on advancing water treatment technologies, nanomaterial synthesis, and the development of polymeric membranes and polymer nanocomposites. Currently, her Master's thesis involves exploring various methods for fabricating polymeric membranes to improve their performance and efficiency in water treatment applications.

Throughout her academic journey, Sojoud has contributed to several research projects, showcasing her skills in computer simulation tools such as MATLAB, ChemCAD, as well as statistical thermodynamics. These skills provide her with a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of chemical engineering, with a particular emphasis on developing sustainable solutions for water treatment.​
