​Dr. Akhorshaideh has an extensive experience in the area of HRM. He was the director of HRM department at the University of Jordan and Deputy director at the University of Jordan Hospital. Currently, Dr. Akhorshaideh is an associate prof of HRM in public sector. He teaches at the departmetn of public administration both at the undergraduate and graduate (MSc) levels. HIis research intrest covers areas in Public Budgeting, Public sector governance, Public projects management and quantitative research methods. ​
