Dr. Al-Kalaldeh is an Associate Professor in critical care nursing and working at the university of Jordan in Aqaba campus. There is a growing ambition to develop a research team within the Aqaba campus that undertakes healthcare issues and utilizes available resources to generate effective evidence. Working in the critical care units and emergency departments is one of the main fields that would benefit from developing patients scoring systems.​
