Bushra Khlaif Alhusamiah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Master’s degree in Palliative Care, and a Ph.D. in Nursing, all from the University of Jordan. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs at Middle East Private University.

With a strong commitment to nursing education, Dr. Alhusamiah strives to inspire future nursing professionals to embrace patient-centered care and become strong advocates for their patients' needs. Through her academic and leadership roles, she is dedicated to fostering excellence in palliative care nursing practice and education.​​
