​Noordeen Shoqirat [Professor at Mutah University/Dean of the Faculty of Nursing], is a Jordanian researcher who obtained his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Queen Margaret University in the UK in 2009.  He has extensive clinical experience in international clinical nursing, research, and management. He worked many years in charge of the neuro-ICU at Jordan University Hospital and then as a team leader and clinical instructor at the  Clinical Neuroscience and ER Department at Western General Hospital, Edinburgh, UK.   He was also a manager of Erskine Care Home Edinburgh, Scotland and a senior care specialist at New Cross agency in the UK.
