We are also partnered with the Ministry of Education, which provides a unique opportunity to conduct comprehensive studies on students in public and private schools. This partnership aligns perfectly with the Physical Activity and Exercise Performance research group, enabling the collection and analysis of data related to students' physical activity levels, fitness, and overall well-being. The research findings will be shared with the Ministry to support evidence-based decision-making. Together, both parties will work on developing solutions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the physical health and athletic potential of the next generation.

The collaboration between the Exercise for Health and Performance research group and The Lifestyle and Health Research Center (LHRC) at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University was initiated by Prof. Hazzaa M. The collaboration within our partnership is essential for optimizing health outcomes and enhancing athletic performance. While exercise contributes to both physiological and psychological well-being, nutrition plays a critical role by affecting energy metabolism, muscle adaptation, immune function, and recovery. This research collaboration aims to explore evidence-based strategies that combine nutritional interventions with exercise protocols to improve performance, reduce the risk of injury, and promote long-term health.

Additionally, the collaborative provides educational programs and capacity-building opportunities. This includes organizing symposiums, training workshops, and certification courses for sports scientists, nutritionists, and exercise physiologists.

Our research group has actively contributed to studies on exercise performance and public health, and we are keen to align our efforts with WHO’s objectives in fostering lifelong physical activity. Notably, Prof. Ibrahim Dabayebeh has previously collaborated with WHO on two research projects, which serve as a strong foundation for further cooperation.
