​​Vice Dean of the Faculty of Exercise Sciences at the University of Jordan. Secretary General Assistant of the Association of Arab Faculties, Departments, and Institutes of Sports and Exercise Sciences. Managing Council member in the Asian Kinesiology Society (ASK). A member of the Executive Committee of the Asian Nutrition Society for Sport and Health (ANSSH). Professor of exercise physiology at the University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan where he served on the university research council and was in charge of the graduate study at his faculty. Prof. Dabayebeh graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, and Long Island University, US. His research interests focus on exercise physiology, perceived exertion, nutrition in sports, and Ramadan fasting and physical activity/sport. He served on the World Health Organization (WHO) Advisory Committee to build physical activity and health strategies for the Middle East. Currently, he is a member of the Jordanian Olympic Preparation Center Scientific Supervising Committee. Served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Exercise Science at the University of Jordan and Deputy Dean of Student Affairs at Mutah University, Jordan. Founder of the Exercise Rehabilitation Department at the University of Mutah, Jordan. International study and work including Long Island University, NY, USA- Catholic University, Lyon University in France- Mahidol University in Thailand - the University of Montana in USA.
