Fatima Marouf Hamadallah Al-Khreisat is a dedicated academic and sports professional with extensive experience in physical education and sports management. She holds a PhD in Philosophy of Physical Education from the University of Jordan, where her research focused on governance application within total quality assurance standards in sports schools. She also earned a Master’s degree in Physical Education, specializing in transformational leadership in sports administration. Currently serving as the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni at the University of Jordan, She has been actively involved in numerous academic and sports committees, including those focused on quality assurance, student affairs, and training. Her research contributions cover topics such as knowledge outcomes in athletics, performance challenges in university sports, and the physiological effects of fasting on elite athletes. Fatima has participated in international conferences and workshops, covering AI in education, biomechanics, and sports training methodologies. In addition to her academic and professional work, she is deeply engaged in voluntary initiatives, such as mentoring young female leaders, supervising charity sports programs, and organizing community sports activities. Recognized for her contributions, she has received multiple awards for excellence in teaching, research, and volunteer service.
