​Dr. Faiza Al-Falahat from the Education Administration at the Ministry of Education conducted a training workshop for graduate students in the course on Graduate Readiness for the Labor Market. She explained many topics related to teaching strategies for reading skills in the early grades and assessment strategies. A discussion took place regarding these strategies, methods, and techniques that teachers employ to ensure successful lessons. Additionally, Dr. Nawal Al-Shawabkeh presented several scenarios that occur in classrooms and how teachers successfully handle them. Dr. Faiza Al-Falahat also distributed ready-made projects for preparing some lessons for the students' benefit and assigned them to visit the ministry's website to explore the curriculum development and services provided to teachers. At the end of the workshop, the students praised the beneficial results of the meeting. Moreover, Dr. Muath Al-Zoubi presented a letter of appreciation to Dr. Faiza Al-Falahat for her active role in the success of the workshop.
