​The National Library hosted the launch of "The Efforts of Dr. Salah Jarrar in Andalusian Studies, its Heritage and Research" bu Iraqi author Zahraa Ale Sabri on Thursday 18/4/2024.

The book launch ceremony, published by Dar Al Khaleej Publishing and Distribution, was attended by a crowd of intellectuals and academics. The author holds a master's degree, which she obtained from the Department of Arabic Language at Wasit University in Iraq. The book was supervised by Dr. Raad Nasser Mayoud, Professor of Andalusian Studies at the university.
The launch ceremony, moderated by Dr. Wafaa Jabour, was attended by two professors who studied Andalusian literature under Dr. Jarrar: Dr. Nawal Al-Shawabkeh and Dr. Rasha Al-Khatib, as well as the poet Saeed Yaqoub.
