Rasha Alkhatib holds a PhD in Arabic Language and Literature from The University of Jordan, earned in 2009. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Arabic Language and Literature in the Faculty of Arts and Educational Sciences at Philadelphia University, a position she has held since 2023. Her academic interests span classical and modern Arabic literature, with a particular focus on literary criticism, rhetoric, and textual analysis. Dr. Alkhatib has contributed to the academic field through teaching, supervising student research, and participating in scholarly activities aimed at enriching the study of Arabic literature. Her dedication to education and research continues to influence students and peers in her academic community.​​​
