Hussam Al-Damman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a degree in English Language Translation. He furthered his expertise in Medical Devices Engineering and is certified by the American Board in Sleep Testing Technology.

Currently, Hussam serves as the Director of Al-Bayt Al-Mokhtas Company for Medical Devices and is the agent for sleep disorders devices (ResMed/SomnoMedics). He also supervises the Medical Department and tests at the Arab-German Center for Sleep Disorders.​
