Dr. Tarek Gharibeh is a distinguished physician with over 15 years of experience in internal medicine, pulmonary and critical care, and sleep medicine. He graduated with honors from the Jordan University of Science and Technology, where he earned his medical degree with an excellent academic record.
After completing his medical education, Dr. Gharibeh pursued further specialization in the United States, where he became board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. His extensive experience across these specialties has made him a respected expert in managing complex respiratory and critical care conditions.
During his time in the United States, Dr. Gharibeh held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Director of the Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Regionals Hospital of Cleveland. His leadership extended to the broader hospital community, where he also served as the Chairman of the Department of Medicine at the same institution. In these roles, he was instrumental in advancing patient care, implementing clinical protocols, and mentoring upcoming physicians.
Currently, Dr. Gharibeh is an Assistant Professor at University Hospitals, where he continues to contribute to medical education and clinical research. In addition to his academic responsibilities, he is the Director of the ICU Fellowship Program at the Ministry of Health in Jordan. In this capacity, he oversees the training and development of future critical care specialists, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of critical care services in Jordan.
