​Held under the patronage of the Minister of Agriculture and the President of the University of Jordan, this workshop addressed the transformation of olive mill by-products—specifically zibar and jift—into value-added resources. The event brought together academic researchers and government officials to discuss sustainable agricultural practices and the integration of circular economy principles within the Mediterranean olive industry. The workshop emphasized the practical application of scientific research to mitigate environmental challenges and promote clean energy and soil enhancement solutions.​
