Currently, I am working as an Advisor on business development and acceleration to several multinational companies specializing in different industries and investment including Metal, Garment, Food, …etc. a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the industrial development and management sector. Throughout my career, I have led and executed large-scale infrastructure projects, driving growth and operational excellence within dynamic and complex environments. My expertise lies in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with rigorous engineering, health, and environmental standards.
As the Chief Operating Officer at PBI Aqaba Industrial Estate LLP, I spearheaded the development of Jordan’s first international industrial estate, managing projects valued at over US$ 9 million. My role involved leading multidisciplinary teams, engaging with global investors, and ensuring the seamless operation of the estate while exceeding business objectives.
Previously, as Manager of the Engineering Department and Human Resources at Camel Textile International Corporation, I oversaw technical and operational aspects of one of Jordan’s largest textile investments. My experience spans managing budgets, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with international standards, including human rights policies set by major global clients.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have pursued extensive professional development in finance, leadership, and occupational safety. My passion for continuous improvement and innovation drives me to deliver results that align with business goals while fostering sustainable growth.
