​Hasan Farahneh (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Hasan-Farahneh) is a teaching staff at the university of Jordan since 2004. He received the B.S. degree from Al-Yarmouk University, Irbid, Jordan in 1985, the M.Sc. degree from the University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan in 2004, and PhD degree from Toronto Metrpolitan (formerly Ryerson) University Toronto-Canada in 2018. In Sept 2018, he joined the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Jordan as a teaching staff member. He is IEEE ((Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) member and a member of Jordan Engineering association. His research interest includes wireless and visible light communication. His current research interest is focused on vehicular communication using visible light spectrum and artificial intelligence in optical communications​
