  • Zainab Zueter ​conducted research entitled "Binge eating disorder and food addiction occurrence among adult Jordanian women with obesity".
  • Zainab Zueter conducted research entitled "The effect of intermittent fasting diet as an alternative to calorie-restricted diet on dopamine and serotonin levels and weight management in individuals with obesity and co-morbid binge eating disorder and food addiction".  
  • Rahaf Al-Halabi conducted research entitled "The Effect of Stress and Generalized Anxiety Disorder on Binge Eating Disorder associated with Cortisol response and their Relation to Social Media Use in a Sample of Jordanian Obese Adult Females".
  • Rola Abu Dwoud conducted research entitled "Evaluation of the Relationship Between Dietary Advanced Glycation End Products and Carboxymethyl-lysine levels as a Biomarker for Obesity-Related Leptin Hormonal Changes in a Sample of Female College Students at the University of Jordan."

  • Nour Gammouh conducted research entitled Association Between Dietary Factors and Health-Related Behaviors and The Risk of Depressive and Anxiety Disorders among Jordanian Adults: A Case-Control Study.
  • Zain Alzain conducted research entitled "Effects of phytosterol supplementation on serum lipid profile, liver enzymes, insulin, adiponectin, and inflammatory status in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease."
  • Batoul Alfatafteh is working on a research entitled "The impact of picky eating habits on iron status among obese school children."
  • Nour Hamed is working on "The effect of short-chain fatty acids on the beiging of white adipocyte extracted from obese and non-obese rats: in vitro experiment."
  • Four Bachelor students submitted proposals concerning the association between serum omentin-1 levels and dietary behaviors in obese individuals vs. healthy-weight individuals: a case-control study.​
