​Islam Al-Shami holds a master's degree in nutrition science and works as a teaching assistant at Hashemite University. She is dedicated to expanding scientific knowledge in the subject of human nutrition and has published many articles in this area. Islam is dedicated to making a significant contribution to public health and nutrition studies. Islam is interested in studying metabolic syndrome, obesity, the relationship between dietary patterns and eating habits, and chronic diseases and nutritional status. ​
