​Prof. Eman Badran is the Director of the Neonatal Unit at Jordan University Hospital and leads the Neonatal‑Perinatal Fellowship Program at the University of Jordan, School of Medicine. 

As the group leader, Prof. Badran provides scientific leadership and clinical oversight, coordinating interdisciplinary ​neonatal genetics activities. Her research focuses on genetic and metabolic disorders in neonates and factors influencing neonatal health.
