​A group member Professor Iman Badran, Consultant Neonatologist at the University of Jordan Hospital, contributed to the authorship and writing of the scientific e-book titled:"Diabetes and Pregnancy: A Journey Through the Past, Present, and Future" . Upon invitation from the Bahrain Diabetes Society, in conjunction with the Women and Child Health Conference held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The book launch ceremony was held under the patronage of  Dr. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health in Bahrain
