Bio: Prof. Sharif Abdelghany is a Professor currently working at the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, University of Jordan since 2012. Dr Sharif Graduated with a PhD in drug delivery and biomaterials from Queen’s University Belfast, UK, in 2012. Sharif does research in Pharmacy, Medicinal Chemistry, and Polymer Chemistry. His current research interests include Microneedles and nanoparticles in drug delivery. Throughout his career, he published numerous publications in high-impact journals. He is currently investigating the in vivo usefulness of microneedles in providing safe, pain-free, and effective drug delivery systems for various diseases, including cancer, Diabetes, and infectious diseases.
