We are in active partnership with MedLad Academy, which offers advanced training in​molecular biology, biochemistry, and analytical techniques. Our group could benefit from certification courses in laboratory techniques relevant to molecular signaling, such as Western blotting, qPCR, flow cytometry, and proteomics. Collaboration may allow access to state-of-the-art lab equipment that the research group might not have. Shared lab facilities could support high-throughput screening of signaling molecules and pathway analysis. In addition, the partnership can lead to joint research projects on molecular pathways in disease mechanisms (e.g., cancer, neurodegenerative disorders). Possibility to co-author high-impact publications in molecular biology and medical journals.​Medlab Academy may provide guest lectures, expert mentorship, and networking with professionals in biomedical sciences. This exposure can enhance the research group's knowledge of clinical applications of molecular signaling research.  Medlab's industry connections may help translate molecular discoveries into clinical applications, such as biomarker development. The partnership could lead to patent development and commercialization of research findings.​​

The company is targeting to implement the state-of-the-art technology for recombinant biologicals and antibodies production. These products will be available for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes and the company will provide a platform for pharmaceutical, research and biotechnology institutions for the development of such products.
