We are excited to share that our article, titled "Evaluation of Online Learning of Undergraduate Students Under Lockdown Amidst COVID-19 Pandemic: The Online Learning Experience and Students’ Satisfaction", has been classified as one of the most cited articles published in Children and Youth Services Review since January 2021, according to Scopus data.
This recognition highlights the significant impact our research has had in the field of online education, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study evaluates the shift from traditional learning to online learning and explores the students' satisfaction, challenges, and experiences.
We conducted surveys and focus groups to understand the key factors influencing students' online learning experience during the pandemic, identifying both positive and negative aspects. The findings have provided valuable insights into the challenges students faced and offer recommendations for improving the online learning experience in higher education.
