Dr. Huda Karajeh’s research interests lie at the intersection of Digital Image Processing, Computer Vision, and Information Systems. She specializes in exploring advanced techniques in image and video processing, particularly focusing on watermarking methods for securing digital content. Her work includes developing innovative solutions in computer vision, enhancing the ability of machines to interpret and understand visual information from the world. Additionally, Dr. Karajeh is interested in information systems, with a specific focus on integrating image processing and computer vision techniques into real-world applications like security, medical imaging, and multimedia systems. Her interdisciplinary approach combines theoretical research with practical applications, aiming to solve real-world problems related to digital content protection and visual data analysis.
Dr. Huda Karajeh is an Associate Professor at the University of Jordan, where she has been a faculty member since 2012. She earned her Ph.D. in Digital Image Processing from Durham University, United Kingdom, in 2012. Dr. Karajeh also holds a Master’s degree and BSc in Computer Science from the University of Jordan, completed in 2006 and 2004, respectively. Throughout her academic career, Dr. Karajeh has contributed significantly to the fields of image processing, computer vision, and watermarking, publishing numerous research articles and collaborating on various interdisciplinary projects. Her expertise in these fields has earned her recognition both nationally and internationally, making her a leading figure in the application of image processing techniques to information systems.
