Dr. Ola Karajeh’s research lies at the intersection of graph machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and their applications in public health and social media analysis. She is particularly interested in using graph-based approaches to analyze complex data structures and develop machine learning models that can extract valuable insights from networks. Dr. Karajeh also works on Twitter analysis, utilizing NLP techniques to understand patterns and trends in social media, and how they can be applied to public health, such as tracking disease outbreaks or analyzing public sentiment. Her research seeks to bridge the gap between computational methods and real-world issues, with a strong focus on social networks and public health systems.
Dr. Ola Karajeh holds a PhD in Computer Science from Virginia Tech University, and both a Master’s and B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Jordan. Her academic background and research focus have positioned her at the forefront of graph machine learning and natural language processing. Dr. Karajeh’s work has contributed to the development of advanced techniques in analyzing social media data and applying them to real-world problems, particularly in the realm of public health. With a deep commitment to interdisciplinary research, Dr. Karajeh continues to explore the integration of machine learning models with social media platforms to address global health challenges and improve decision-making.
