“Foundations of the Integrative Value System within the Maqāṣid-Based Perspective: A Civilizational and Value-Oriented Approach.”In this paper, he examines the methodological foundations of the value system in Maqāṣid thought and highlights its role in addressing the contemporary challenges facing the Ummah by linking the higher objectives of Islamic law to civilizational reform and the construction of collective awareness.
