​Ph.D. student at The University of Jordan  

​Amani Abdallah Harb is a lecturer of Biology at the Department of Basic Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Amman, Jordan. Her research interest concerns the lipid metabolism, and she is currently pursuing a PhD in Biology at the University of Jordan. Her PhD research investigates the role of TRPV1 in lipid metabolism in healthy livers and fatty liver disease using an in vitro model of rat and human hepatocytes.
