Welcome to our Research Group

The Mathematical Modeling of Renewable Energy Systems group aims to advance the development of sustainable and resilient energy solutions through rigorous interdisciplinary research. Our primary objectives are:

  1. To develop advanced mathematical and computational models for renewable energy systems, enabling accurate representation of solar, wind, thermal, and hybrid energy technologies under realistic operating conditions.

  2. To optimize the performance and integration of renewable energy systems using analytical methods, numerical simulations, and AI-driven approaches, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

  3. To design and analyze smart energy systems and power grids, incorporating control theory, automation, and dynamic system management to support stable, adaptive, and intelligent energy infrastructures.

  4. To evaluate the environmental and economic impacts of renewable energy deployment through emissions analysis, resource assessment, and cost-benefit optimization, supporting informed and sustainable decision-making.

  5. To advance control and forecasting strategies for energy systems by integrating feedback control, predictive modeling, and data-driven techniques to manage variability and uncertainty in renewable resources.

  6. To contribute to materials and technology development for renewable energy applications, including photovoltaics, energy storage systems, and long-term performance assessment of emerging technologies.

  7. To bridge theoretical research with practical implementation by translating mathematical and engineering insights into tools, frameworks, and strategies applicable to real-world energy systems.

  8. To foster interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge transfer across mathematics, engineering, physics, and computational sciences, while supporting education and innovation in renewable energy research.
