At the Multimodal Analysis of Online Discourse research group, we provide a robust suite of resources designed to help you better understand and navigate digital communication. Our services include training in digital research methodologies, guidance on the use of artificial intelligence in language analysis, and expertise in sentiment and content analysis. We also support corpus linguistics and discourse analysis, offer advisory on digital tools such as NVivo, EndNote, and Qualtrics, and provide assistance with teaching and translation aids. Our insights into online communication patterns and digital discourse are tailored to empower a wide range of audiences, from researchers and students to businesses, communities, and organizations.

As you engage with our group, you’ll find that our feedback and expertise can be applied in many practical ways. For instance, businesses can use our sentiment and content analysis expertise to interpret customer feedback and monitor trends in online marketing. Academic and policy researchers benefit from our training in digital methodologies and corpus linguistics, which supports rigorous data analysis and interpretation. Educators and translators can enhance their work with our guidance on teaching aids and multilingual communication strategies. In areas like fraud prevention and cybersecurity, we offer advisory feedback on how linguistic and discourse analysis can inform risk assessment and digital safety strategies.

It’s important to clarify that while we provide expert feedback, training, and advisory services, we do not directly offer fraud detection, cybersecurity, or content moderation services. Instead, our role is to equip you with the knowledge, analytical tools, and interpretive frameworks needed to address these challenges within your own context.
