​One of the members of the research group Sustainable Tourism through Consumer Behaviour Analysis, Dr. Rawan Nimri, PhD, SFHEA, received the CAUTHE (Council for Australasian Tourism and Hospitality Education) Fellows Award for her significant contribution to hospitality, tourism, and events education. The award was presented at the CAUTHE 2025 Conference, held in February, 2025 in Meanjin (Brisbane).​
