Our research group members work with vast spectrum of partners—both national and international—who are interested in collaborating on projects and research initiatives tackling cross-cutting issues on a wide range of topics related to justice especially for vulnerable persons, society, communication and sustainability.
Our partnerships extend to academics and professionals from various entities, such as governmental and non-governmental organizations, different United Nations Agencies, Terre des Hommes and the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, governmental bodies, the Judicial Institute and the Independent Election Commission of Jordan, and private sector entities who share our commitment to advancing equitable justice and promoting inclusive societies.
As we aim to disseminate equitable development and change through innovative research and practical initiatives to foster justice, our research group is excited to extend an invitation to all potential partners.
Our prospective collaboration plans include:
- Conducting joint research (theoretical and empirical) on pressing cross-cutting issues on a multidisciplinary level. Focusing on the intersection of inequalities, access to justice, and the evaluating the protection of human rights for vulnerable groups through communication and digitalization.
- Developing collaborative projects that address critical concerns and key challenges related to justice and inclusion in society, both locally and internationally. Projects include the cooperation of academics, practitioners and students and alumni from various faculties and schools.
- Engaging in policy advocacy and initiatives that promote equitable access to justice. For example, examining the adequacy of national criminal protection vis-à-vis International criminal justice to uphold human rights at all levels of society.
- Drafting policy briefs and socio-legal studies and guidelines for interested government and non-governmental entities on related topics. Designing legal aid programs for interns and students within the framework of legal clinics.
- Organizing conferences, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness and promote dialogue among scholars and professionals on issues of various spheres of justice, inclusion, and societal development not only from a legal dimension but also from interdisciplinary perspectives.
- Creating joint summer schools for graduate and postgraduate students from across the globe to share a common understanding on various perspectives on justice for a sustainable development and world peace.
