Dr. Ghofran HILAL supervised a team of students from the School of Law at the University of Jordan qualifies to compete  in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 2024 in public international law, which was held in Washington DC, USA. The team's participation was fully funded by LexisNexis​. JESSUP is one of the largest moot competitions in the world, in which teams representing the most prestigious law schools from various universities around the world participate. This year's case-law focused on the rights of refugees. The team of students from the School of Law qualified after their participation in the prepara​tory stage that was held in Slovakia. The team consists of the trainer Sima Sweidat and Rasl Al-Talib, graduates of the School, and the students: Zeina Omar, Lian Attia, Sama Saqa, and Yumna Al-Hajj.
