​Thawab Hilal actively participated in the OHPA Climate Disinformation Workshop​ held on March 7, 2025, at Central European University. As part of Panel I: Climate Change Skepticism, she delivered a compelling presentation titled "Navigating Climate Change Skepticism in the Global South: Perspectives of Youth Activists in Jordan." Her talk shed light on how young activists in Jordan engage with and challenge climate skepticism, offering valuable insights into grassroots climate communication strategies. Through her contributions, Hilal enriched the workshop's discussions on combating climate disinformation and fostering media literacy in diverse socio-political contexts.
