Dr. Yusra Al-Yabroudi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Fundamentals of Religion, School of Shariah at the University of Jordan. She holds a Master's degree in Tafsir and Qur'anic Sciences from the University of Jordan, and a PhD in Tafsir and Qur'anic Sciences from Yarmouk University. Dr. Yusra worked as a teacher at the Ministry of Education for Islamic Education, as a preacher at the Ministry of Endowments, Islamic Affairs and Holy Places, and as a supervisor of the Qur'anic Center for Recitation and Tajweed at the World Forum for Moderation, on secondment from the Ministry of Endowments. She is an expert in Quranic studies and Quranic sciences, and has more than sixteen research papers published in local and international journals, and has participated in various local and international conferences, and has supervised and discussed several master's and doctoral theses. She is a member of the Holy Quran and Hadith Society in Jordan, and a member of the Jordan Scholars Association. Working languages are Arabic and English.
