​Dr. Mohammad Al-Fawareh is an Associate Professor of Criminal Law, at the Faculty of Law, University of Jordan. He is currently the Director of the Legal Affairs Department at the University of Jordan. Dr. Al-Fawareh has held several administrative positions in the School of Law at the University of Jordan and ​​Al al-Bayt University, as the Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Affairs and the He​ad of the Public Law Department. He is a licensed lawyer in both Civil and Special Courts in Jordan. Dr. Al-Fawareh holds a Ph.D. degree in Criminal Law from the University of Poitiers, a LLM degree in Penal law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Poitiers, and a graduate degree from Mutah University. His field of expertise is Criminal Law, Criminal Procedures and Cybercrimes. Working languages are Arabic and French.
