Dr. Mahmoud Alfatafta was honored to serve as an abstract reviewer for the 20th ISPO World Congress, scheduled to take place from 16–19 June 2025 in Stockholm, Sweden. He reviewed a total of 15 scientific abstracts submitted under the congress theme "Science in Practice, Practice in Science: Collaboration and Innovation Towards Sustainable Rehabilitation."

As part of the review process, Dr. Alfatafta contributed to evaluating the scientific merit, relevance, and alignment of submissions with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). His participation supports ISPO’s mission to ensure a high-quality, impactful scientific programme that advances global standards in prosthetics, orthotics, and rehabilitation sciences.
