The Faculty of Science at the University of Jordan, in collaboration with the Royal Scientific Society (RSS), hosted the celebration event
“JCO2T Turns 10: Honoring Our First Decade”
on Wednesday, October 8, 2025
The program was organized and moderated by Dr. Abdussalam K. Qaroush (JCO2T founder) and attended by distinguished academics, industrial partners, and guests. The celebration featured a rich scientific program, including plenary talks by Dr. Almoayied Assayed (RSS) on Jordan’s green transition efforts, Dr. Lars Ratjen (Yale University) on advancing sustainability through green chemistry, and Dr. Mohammad Hijaz (Hijaz Scientific Supplies) on industrial collaboration. The event was concluded with a presentation by Dr. Qaroush highlighting JCO2T’s achievements, partnerships, and future goals towards advancing sustainable innovation and CO₂ utilization.
