The Department of Islamic Banking  organized an educational visit to the Jordan Islamic Bank with a group of students. They were welcomed by the General Manager, Dr. Hussein Saeed, who spoke about the state of Islamic banks in Jordan and highlighted the achievements of the Jordan Islamic Bank over the past decades, addressing the challenges faced by the sector and the strategies the bank is pursuing to overcome them. Following the discussion, Dr. Saeed led the group on a tour of several departments within the bank. The visit concluded with a luncheon attended by some of the bank’s staff and the visiting delegation, who were then presented with tokens bearing the bank's logo as a memento of the experience.
