Halima Ali Ahmed Al-Saadi thesis entitled: (The Social Pressures Faced by the Families of Beneficiaries at Shafallah Center After Reaching the Age of Twenty-One: Toward Their Integration into Society) under Dr. Talal Al-Qudah supervision. 

Abstract: The current study aimed to explore the fate of the disabled after puberty in the Shafallah Center, and to show the extent of the attitudes of parents and beneficiaries about the future of the disabled after ending their presence in the center. The study followed the mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) to reach useful results and reduce weaknesses in the results of the study.​

The study aimed to demonstrate the importance of the organizational vision, goals, objectives, and strategic plans of social work institutions towards responding to the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030 (social development pillar), identify the initial and main steps, and obtain a clear understanding of the benefits of the strategic planning process for the purposes of arriving at plans and programs towards the second pillar.
