​Dr Moqdadi is the Secretary General of National Council for Family Affairs since 2018, responsible for planning and implementation of all NCFA programmes related to ECD, Protection and Legislation.Developing strategies and plans relevant to priority issues of the Jordanian family in collaboration with concerned governmental and non-governmental agencies with a special focus on early childhood stage and vulnerable children.  These include The Second National Plan of Action for ECD, the National Strategic Plan for Family Protection against Family violence, and the National Framework for Family protection, the National procedures and Protocols for Practioners, in dealing with family violence. Dr Moqdadi is director of the Following Programs:

• Family Policies and Legislation Program,
• Health and Environment Program,  
• Family Protection Program,
• Educational and Cultural Program,
• Socio-economic Program.​
