Dr. Al-Majali has started his work as a lawyer, and then he worked at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission. In 2017 he started his work as a lecturer in the School of Law at The University of Jordan in Amman. Currently, he is the Dean of the School of Law and Assistant to the President at the University of Jordan, Aqaba Branch.​
