​​On December 17, 2024, an awareness campaign on eczema was held at the University of Jordan Hospital organized by the Dermatology Interest Group including Dr Rand Murshidi. The event aimed to educate attendees about eczema through informative explanations and the distribution of brochures. The campaign was supported by various pharmaceutical companies, which provided free cream samples and conducted complimentary skin testing.​

The Dermatology Interest Group, composed of medical students and operating under the supervision of dermatology consultants, was established to educate the public about various skin conditions. Through awareness campaigns, workshops, community outreach, and social media engagement, the group aims to enhance public knowledge, promote early detection, and advocate for proper management of dermatological issues.​
