Dr. Amira Masri is a highly esteemed child neurologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Since 2001, she has served as a Professor of Child Neurology in the Pediatrics Department at the University of Jordan, where she has made significant contributions to clinical practice, research, and education. Her expertise lies in neurodevelopmental disorders and rare pediatric neurological diseases.
Dr. Masri has an extensive research portfolio, with approximately 100 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and over 2,600 citations in the Scopus database. She has also been an active speaker at both national and international conferences, sharing her knowledge to advance the fields of pediatric neurology and medical education.
Beyond her clinical and academic contributions, Dr. Masri plays a key role in higher education leadership. As Vice President for Quality and National Accreditation Affairs at the University of Jordan, she has led efforts to improve institutional performance, align academic programs with international standards, and promote a culture of excellence in education.
