Professor Mohamed Shahin has been awarded Senior Researcher of the Year, in recognition of his sustained and outstanding research contributions in bio-cementation, geopolymers, and geotechnical engineering. He was also recently announced as the recipient of the Regional Award – Excellent Contribution from the International Association for Computer Methods and Advances in Geomechanics (IACMAG), acknowledging his international impact and leadership in computational and advanced geomechanics.
