Ioannis Tsiokanos is currently a Visiting Research Fellow at the School of Electronics, Electrical Engi- neering and Computer Science of Queen's University Belfast. In this role, he carries out research on the implementation of energy-efficient micro-architectures for processing multimedia workloads. I was awarded the prestigious DATE2020 Best Paper Award and have published more than 15 papers in top-tier conferences. He also holds a Senior Digital Design En gineer role at Smart Silicon. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Engineering from University of Thessaly in 2016 and was awarded his Ph.D. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, UK in 2021. My current interests also include fault-tolerant circuits, ML-based timing modeling, hardware security and approximate computing.​​
