My research interests, cultivated throughout my academic journey and career at PSUT, focus on advancing analog integrated circuits and Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC). I have had the opportunity to collaborate with researchers at PSUT and other Jordanian universities, enabling significant contributions to this field. My expertise spans the design of CMOS front-end transceivers for RFID and WSN applications, the development of low-power CMOS integrated analog building blocks, rapid shutdown front-end receivers for rooftop PV systems, and White LED driver circuitry tailored for smart portable devices. Additionally, I am interested in applying AI algorithms to analog IC design, which opens new pathways for innovation in circuit functionality and efficiency. Beyond these technical pursuits, my role in academia has led me to explore engineering education methods. I have conducted research on remote labs and flipped classrooms, aiming to improve student engagement and the overall learning experience in engineering studies. This dual focus on technical research and educational advancements allows me to contribute holistically to both technology development and the student learning journey in engineering.
