Thesis Title: The Relationship Between Just Culture and Willingness to Report Hospital Adverse Events Among Nurses in Saudi Arabia

This study examines the association between the principles of a just culture in healthcare organizations and nurses’ willingness to report adverse events in hospitals. The research aims to explore how fostering a non-punitive, transparent, and supportive work environment influences reporting behavior, ultimately contributing to improved patient safety, organizational learning, and healthcare quality. The findings are expected to provide evidence-based recommendations for hospital administrators and policymakers to enhance reporting systems and cultivate a culture of accountability and safety among nursing staff.
