This study examines the association between the principles of a just culture in healthcare organizations and nurses’ willingness to report adverse events in hospitals. The research aims to explore how fostering a non-punitive, transparent, and supportive work environment influences reporting behavior, ultimately contributing to improved patient safety, organizational learning, and healthcare quality. The findings are expected to provide evidence-based recommendations for hospital administrators and policymakers to enhance reporting systems and cultivate a culture of accountability and safety among nursing staff.

This study explores the perceptions of Jordanian nurses regarding the career-ladder system and its impact on their professional engagement and overall well-being. Using a cross-sectional design, the research aims to identify how structured career progression pathways influence nurses’ motivation, job satisfaction, and mental health, ultimately providing evidence to guide nursing leadership and policy development in Jordanian healthcare settings.
