September 2, 2025 – Dr. Abdullah Algunmeyn has co-authored a significant research article published in Nursing Forum, a top-tier Q1 Scopus-indexed journal.

The study, conducted in collaboration with a researcher from Hashemite University, investigates the critical relationship between Nursing Leaders’ Ethical Leadership, Workplace Ostracism, and Nurses’ Counterproductive Work Behaviors. As a cross-sectional study, it provides a valuable snapshot of these dynamics within the healthcare environment.

This publication highlights a key contribution to understanding how leadership ethics and workplace culture directly impact nurse behavior and, consequently, patient care and organizational health.
