This study explores the challenges that hinder effective clinical nursing leadership in hospital settings, as perceived by nurse managers. By identifying organizational, professional, and personal barriers, the research provides insights into the factors that limit leadership effectiveness and offers evidence to guide strategies for strengthening nursing leadership, improving team performance, and enhancing patient care outcomes.​​
